24Mbps PLC chip-base EU-230(EMS Unit: equipment management system) was designed for BPL station monitoring and provides important powerline-related information such as bit loading and powerline channel information.

By obtaining information on PLC status in remote location, this remote management system enables remote monitoring and management of Xeline’s PLC chip-base equipments. Functions include equipment registration/cancellation, status monitoring, user management and remote firmware upgrade.

EMS equipments focus on monitoring/management for individual equipments.

Detailed information can be collected from each equipment therefore network management using EMS equipments is more effective. 1 EMS unit can manage up to 254 modems. Intelligent routing of EU-230 sets the optimal powerline communication path without manual setting.
